This site visit showcases the Transformative Space (Espacio Trans-Formador) of the Trans Men Collective, Trans-Formación, founded in 2013. Visitors will learn about the organization’s evolution, from establishing the first clinic for trans men in Central America in 2015, to expanding its services to include gender-diverse and intersex individuals.

The tour of the space will highlight four strategic pillars: health, advocacy, institutional strengthening, and economic empowerment. It will feature the entrepreneurship program as a key adaptation for the workforce development of trans men, who face severe socioeconomic barriers due to discrimination. It will also present the organization’s achievements since 2024 and the sustainability of its model. The activity will conclude on the terrace, where community entrepreneurs will showcase their products, provide refreshments, and facilitate direct interaction with this local development ecosystem
